- 2009 President/CEO Millennium Radio Group. Built a fourteen station group all within the State of New Jersey. Proforma cash flow doubled from $11 million to $22 million in the first six years (2002-2007)
- 2000 Regional Senior Vice President for Clear Channel Radio (AMFM was merged into Clear Channel). Responsible for the operation of 44 markets, 187 stations in Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, California, Washington, Oregon, Hawaii and Alaska.
- 1999 Regional Senior Vice President for AMFM Inc., formed as a result of a merger with Capstar and Chancellor. Responsible for the operation of 26 markets, 121 stations.
- 1998 President and Chief Executive Officer of Gulf-Pac, a wholly owned regional operating subsidiary of Capstar Broadcasting Corporation, one of the first radio consolidators.
